Worst meal i have had from Daanyaal they didn’t deliver the sheik kababs so phoned but came quick, but they were raw in the middle. In my curry there was something like a banana in it that was hard like plastic so was having to pick these out and spoiled the meal and meat was tough but wife’s meal as good as always hence the 1 star

Absolutely disgraceful! Placed an order, was told it would be an hour, It arrived after 2 hours. Called the shop for half an hour with no answer. The poppadoms I could fold in half they were that soggy, The onion bahji’s and curry were barely warm. I understand they were busy, although we only got told this by the delivery driver, not the takeaway because we still couldn’t get in touch. If this is the case, do not take any more orders, and answer the phone to communicate with customers who have placed an order. We have ordered previously from here without any issues. But won’t be ordering again.
